Support Package #1

Description

Please note: This package is not recommended for first time parents.

• Mothers are provided with a chance to cover pregnancy questions, labor and delivery topics, as well as postpartum matters including lactation and baby wellbeing within a one to two hour video or telephone call. Please be aware, I recommend video call as it is more personable and a better way to get to know each other prior to labor which is the main priority of our meeting as support is my number one objective!
• Unlimited text support is available to mothers for both the prenatal and postpartum period. Labor support begins at the mother’s request, however, it is best utilized at the start of active labor through approximately one to two hours postpartum.
• A postpartum visit will be provided via phone call or video call. I, again, prefer video call as I have experience with lactation education and extensive experience with mental health concerns that are usually more easily identifiable or assisted with visual aid than via voice communication alone.
• My website contains a number of handouts that have been purchased and saved for client’s references and resources that may aid and benefit with the prenatal and postpartum periods.
  These forms are available after each meeting respectfully (the prenatal forms are available after the prenatal meeting and the postpartum forms after the postpartum meeting), and are then available for review and usage until the client account is deactivated 3-months postpartum or sooner upon parent request.
